Central Health Medicare Plan offers convenient mail order services benefit to our members for Part D prescription drugs. For certain kinds of drugs, you can use the plan’s network mail-order services. Generally, the drugs provided through mail order are drugs that you take on a regular basis, for a chronic or long-term medical condition. Our plan’s mail-order service requires you to order a long-term 90-day supply. Mail order service is not available for drugs in Tier 5.
Central Health Medicare Plan provides two contracted mail order pharmacies: Walgreens Mail Service and Integrated HMO Pharmacy (IHMO). Please refer to the below registration forms on how to set up an account with your selected pharmacy.
Please note, if you need your medication immediately, request two prescriptions from your provider: one prescription for a 30-day supply that can be filled at a retail pharmacy and one for a 90-day supply with three refills (or the maximum amount allowed by your plan) to provide to your mail-order suppliers.
