Start here to participate in this year’s "PCP Incentive Program"! Clicking "PCP Incentive Program" will tell you the impact CMS’ Star Ratings has on the Medicare industry. Click "Make Submissions" to make a submission by searching for a member. "Eligible Patients" will give you a list of your current patients, the status of your submissions, and whether or not your member is eligible for certain measurements. You can also make submissions through this page. "Submission History" displays a summary of the items you have submitted to the PCP Incentive Program and an estimate of how much you currently stand to earn from the program. "FAQ/Help" provides detailed instructions on how to make a proper submission to the PCP Incentive Program and contact information for the Star department in case you need additional help. | |
